Since our founding in 1948, we at Taica have worked for nearly 70 years to enrich people’s lives around the world with technology. In 1974, we developed the world’s first hydrographic printing process, CUBIC PRINTING in 1984, we introduced a revolutionary multifunctional material, αGEL and in 2001, αPLA a ground-breaking series of healthcare products, went on sale. When considering that over the years these three main products have been used by millions of customers, we are overwhelmed with gratitude.
Lately, an increasing number of customers are voicing their desire to see our high quality products in new applications. In response to these requests, our Multifunctional Materials Division is working to expand the possibilities of αGEL by developing new products for use in the construction materials and automotive sectors. Our Wellness Division is working to apply the know-how learned in the caregiving industry to help put these amazing products into the hands of the average, health-conscious consumer. Our CUBIC Division is also striving to deepen our understanding of the customer’s design and functionality needs in order to achieve never-before-seen innovation. Additionally, Taica is planning even more vigorous global expansion, not stopping with simply entering developing markets, but also taking business models that have succeeded in developed countries and applying them in the developing world in order to contribute to its economic growth.
To reflect this strategy, Taica has formulated a new Corporate Identity:

This Identity represents our determination not to limit ourselves to the concepts and methods of the past and to greatly surpass the world’s expectations by continually creating new value for our customers. With this new philosophy in mind and our eyes set firmly on the future, Taica will seek new challenges in the years to come.
