Taica Corporation has acquired all issued shares of Brave Life Co., Ltd. (located in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Kazuya Jojo).

Our company has been actively engaged in the sales of nursing care and welfare products as one of our core businesses. With this acquisition, we will also begin participating in the operation of nursing care-related facilities.

By leveraging the knowledge and expertise gained from Brave Life’s experience in the field of nursing care, we aim to develop innovative products in our wellness business and further strengthen this segment of our operations.
