Notice of Main Sponsor Agreement with UE Sant Andreu

We are pleased to announce that Taica Corporation has entered into a main sponsorship agreement with UE Sant Andreu, a club in Spain’s Segunda Division RFEF (Fourth Division).

We started our supporting sports activities in Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (currently Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City), where we were founded, and now we are expanding our activities overseas, including Cambodia, where we have a manufacturing base. Our logo is on the uniforms of the Shimizu S-Pulse, RCD Mallorca and Chuo University soccer clubs nowadays, and in Cambodia, we donate futsal courts and soccer balls.

UE Sant Andreu

UE Sant Andreu (Unió Esportiva Sant Andreu S.A.D.) was founded in 1909 in Sant Andreu de Palomar, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, located in the southern part of Europe. This club competes in the fourth division of the Spanish football leagues and has achieved notable successes, including winning the Federation Cup in 2013 and the Catalonia Cup in 2008 and 2019. It is a historic club in Spanish football and has competed in the Second Division, the second tier of professional football, for 11 years.

The team’s colors are yellow and red, representing the Catalan flag (referred to as the “senyera”). The club is distinguished by its strong local identity and profound pride in its roots and history. Its core values include anti-racism and solidarity with the most vulnerable groups in society.
