Donation of Bouldering Mat

Taica Corporation has donated a Taica bouldering mat to Cambodian NPO Angkor Climbers Net (ACN).
ACN was founded in February 2008 by Cambodian and Japanese people working in Siem Reap in the Angkor region with the aim of promoting healthy development in young adults through sports climbing.

“Angkor Wall” has been a favorite of Cambodian children for many years, but their old mat was starting to show its age. Taica decided to donate a new Alpha GEL® mat, which is superior in terms of shock absorption and durability, to replace it.

Taica plans to continue to promote sports climbing and women’s soccer in Cambodia.
