Products Sheet-Type(COH-Line)

The COH Line is a series of heat dissipation sheets made of highly soft silicone with added thermal conduction functionality. When inserted between heat sources and heat sinks, they efficiently eliminate air gaps between surfaces by adhering firmly and following component contours. The COH Line ensures efficient heat transfer and protects PCB components.

Characteristics
Offers outstanding thermal conductivity and excellent heat dissipation.
Adheres to rough surfaces and pushes out all air gaps.
Provides good electrical insulation and is flame retardant.
Low rebound and compressive stress.
Application Example
Soft thermal conductive GEL effectively transfers heat generated from an IC-Chip to the heatsink, preventing PC malfunction and device damage. Soft thermal conductive GEL paste/grease is ideal for areas where sheet material is not applicable.

Notes

Directions
  • ・Slowly peel off one protective film of Lambda GEL.
  • ・Place Lambda GEL sheet on the heat source or heatsink. Be careful to leave no air gaps between GEL and attached surface.
  • ・Peel off the other liner film and attach to heat source or heat sink. Again make sure to not leave air gaps between the surfaces.
